    • Wing Chun Masters ‎@Marco; GM Garrett Gee, GM of Hung Fa Yi is not connected to Facebook, but we forwarded your question. This is his response to your question: 'Three Points One Line is Hung Fa Yi Time Space concept to map out the Heaven Human and Earth combat reference points in different seasons.'

    • Bruce Truong I guess three points are punch, elbow and shoulder. One line is the centerline :)

    • Jonathan Kwan Correct me if I am wrong this is my humble input. All three are the three dantiens. This is also part of the six harmonies. Each of these is a storage for jing, qi, shen. When these combine as one and kan / li combine it is then as one back to taiji and the dao. This leads to wuji and finally hunyuan which is the essencse of the universe.

The second line is interesting though. Having gone through Hsing Yi / Bagua / Tai Chi / Iching texts the number of gates and ways is open to discussion. Each style usually has their own intepretations to this deeper pathway. Even the taoist and budhist texts differ in how to do this. :-)

    • Greg Yau These words of wisdom are the foundation to the truth or our creator.

The Grand Harmony WC system, acupuncture points, are use to set a coordinate system. The 3 acupoints establishes a triangle in two dimensions and a pyramidd in three dimensions. (5 vertices). Then straight lines can be established .

The two of the six gates used are the Acupoints Nei Guan and Wei Guan. (P6, TW5). Guan means gates. They are 2 of the 8 Extra-Ordinary points. When practiced properly, this fills the entire body with Chi. The third point is Ren 22, located on the base of the throat. The demo is on our FB page.

That is our system to connect with the universe using the acupoints on the Acupuncture meridian system.

      http://youtu.be/oIqSHP2Z85E

The acupoints P6 and TW 5 are 1.5 body inches above the wrists opposite one another, also known as through and through points. Very powerful. Inherited in the WC system.

That is our physical training following the scriptures. We use mathematics and acupunture as well as other methods.

Love to see other interpretations. We work with others because each holds a part of the whole.

    • Greg Yau Chinese likes to play with numbers. Five could be the 4 directions north, south, east, west, and center. 5+3= 8. Add north east, north west, south east, south west, and you have the 8 directions, Bua Kua.

Now you have the directions for movements. The 8 trigrams from the I Ching.

    • Greg Yau The number six. In TOM, there are the six stages of dis-eases and six evils. They are: wind, fire, cold, hot, dry, and wet. Our body is like the climate. We are the micro and the universe is the macro. Evil wind is the cause of 100 diseases.
